Yes. Based on your total purchase amount after all discounts, we offer the free express shipping as well as the free standard shipping. The minimum amount for free shipping is different by your location and shipping method (Standard or Express). Due to the current COVID situation, some counties may not have both options.
When will my order ship? We usually ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Which countries do you ship to? These days unfortunately the country list may vary time to time depending on the logistic situation. As of 10 DEC 2021, we ship to 61 countries. You can check the shipping availability of your country in the checkout page. We know once the COVID disruption is resolved, our shipping country list will be expanded drastically.
